While advertised rental rates reflect your monthly rent, additional fees may apply depending on your lease, community and optional services. Administrative Fees
| Late Fee | 10% of the periodic rent or 10% of the remaining balance due, and the remaining balance owed by the Tenant(s), whichever is less |
| Returned Check/Payments | $50 per check or payment returned |
| Transfer Fee | Less than 6 months of occupancy: $500; or 6 months - 12 months of occupancy: $250; or More than 12 months of occupancy: $0 |
